Pellizco was founded by in 2020, as a street food operation from our orange trailer in Sheffield.  We have gone on to pop-up all across the UK before opening our restaurant on Dyson Place in late 2022.

Our menu is inspired by Mexico, influenced by chefs, cities and states across the country and in the UK.  Our ethos is based around fresh ingredients & sustainability alongside flavours, textures and presentation to represent the traditional Mexican methods, adapted for the use of fresh, seasonal and local British ingredients.
